Quantity Surveyor (Preferred steel structure experience)

About the role

A detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor role at Pagoda Steel Works Sdn Bhd in Sungai Buloh, Selangor, handling progress claims, Variation Orders (VO) and final accounts for steel structure projects.

Requirements :

• Handle progress claims, Variation Orders (VO) and final accounts
• Prepare tender documents, quantity measurement and cost estimation.
• Manage contract administration and contractual claims.
• Monitor project costs and cost control.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, subcontractors and project teams.

Responsibilities :

• Steel structure or construction industry experience is an advantage.

• Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.

• Knowledge of tendering, cost estimation and contract administration.

• Familiar with progress claims, VO and final accounts.

• Willing to be based in Sungai Buloh, Selangor

• Self-motivated and responsible.

• Malaysian citizen.
