QUANTITY SURVEYOR / PROCUREMENT & ADMIN COORDINATOR

NUMINA Design & Build is looking for an organised and reliable person to join our team, supporting our construction and interior fit-out & renovation projects across Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing and updating project quotations and BOQs
• Quantity take-offs from drawings and site notes
• Sending RFQs and obtaining supplier/subcontractor quotations
• Comparing prices and assisting with purchasing
• Preparing purchase orders and tracking materials
• Maintaining project cost and procurement records
• General project administration and document control
• Liaising with suppliers, subcontractors and site teams
• Assisting management with day-to-day commercial and administrative tasks

Requirements:

• Previous experience in construction, fit-out or interior contracting preferred
• Good understanding of BOQs, quantities and construction materials
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
• Good written and spoken English
• Strong organisation and attention to detail
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• UAE experience is a must

This is a position and would suit someone with approximately 2-5 years of relevant experience looking to develop within a growing design and build company.

Salary: AED 4,000–5,000 per month depending on experience.
