Quantity Surveyor (QS)

• Assist in preparing cost estimates, quotations and tender documents.
• Perform quantity take-off and measurement of works.
• Prepare and evaluate Bills of Quantities (BQ).
• Monitor project costs and budget.
• Assist in preparing progress claims, variation orders and other related documents.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers when required.
• Maintain proper records and documentation for projects.
• Assist in contract and cost administration.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.

• Relevant working experience is an advantage.

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Responsible, organised and detail-oriented.
