We are a premier construction firm known for delivering high-quality projects on time and under budget. Due to a strong, multi-year pipeline of upcoming developments, we are expanding our commercial team and looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join us.

Key Responsibilities

• Cost Management: Prepare comprehensive cost estimations, budgets, and cash flow forecasts.
• Tendering: Establish detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and manage subcontract procurement.
• Contract Administration: Evaluate progress claims, track project variations, and finalize accounts.
• Risk Management: Identify financial risks and implement proactive cost-saving solutions.
• Stakeholder Liaison: Build robust working relationships with project managers, clients, and subcontractors.

Skills & Experience

• Qualifications: Tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management.

• Industry Track Record: Prior experience working with a main contractor or consultancy.

• Software Competency: Proficient usage of CostX, Buildsoft, Excel, or similar estimating platforms.

• Commercial Acumen: Strong negotiation skills with precise attention to contractual details.

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written reporting capabilities
