Quantity Surveyor - QS

We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a Civil Engineering background and experience in quantity surveying within a contracting or construction company.

Requirements

• Diploma in Civil Engineering – Mandatory
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a contracting or construction company.
• Knowledge of quantity take-off, estimation, BOQ, and cost calculation.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and AutoCAD.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
• Freshers with a relevant Civil Engineering qualification may also be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare quantity take-offs and BOQs.
• Assist with project cost estimation and pricing.
• Review drawings and project specifications.
• Prepare material quantity calculations.
• Coordinate with the site and procurement teams.
• Maintain accurate quantity and cost records.

Location: Sharjah, UAE

Eligibility Note: This position is exclusively open to candidates with a Diploma qualification. B.Tech graduates are not eligible to apply.
