Quantity Surveyor (QS)

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and Bills of Quantities (BQ)
• Review drawings, specifications, and contract documents
• Manage project costs, progress claims, and variations
• Liaise with consultants, clients, and subcontractors
• Monitor and control project costs to ensure projects are within budget

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in related field
• Strong knowledge in construction methods and cost control
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and relevant QS software
• Able to work independently and work well in a team
