Quantity Surveyor QS

About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor (QS) to join our team at Metech Kenzai Sdn Bhd. This is a full-time position based in Perai, Penang. As a Quantity Surveyor.

What you'll be doing

• Liase with site and measurement surveys to verify progress and expenditure
• Maintaining accurate cost records and documentation for audit and compliance purposes
• Preparing interim and final accounts, including variations and claims

What we're looking for

• Proficiency with quantity surveying software and Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent numeracy skills and attention to detail in financial management
• Ability to prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports
• Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with all project stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team under pressure
