QUANTITY SURVEYOR (QS)

HIRING – QUANTITY SURVEYOR (QS) | KSA Location: Saudi Arabia

Industry: Civil Construction

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field
• 5–8 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor
• KSA experience in civil construction projects is mandatory
• Strong knowledge of BOQs, quantity take-offs, cost estimation, and measurement
• Experience in preparing and reviewing variations, claims, and valuations
• Knowledge of subcontractor and supplier payments and commercial documentation
• Experience with project cost control, budgets, and financial reporting
• Ability to review drawings, specifications, contracts, and scope of work
• Good knowledge of construction contracts and commercial procedures
• Strong Excel and documentation skills
• Good communication and coordination skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare quantity take-offs and cost estimates
• Prepare and review BOQs and measurements
• Monitor project costs and budget against actual progress
• Prepare interim payment applications and valuations
• Review and manage variations, claims, and change orders
• Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations
• Maintain accurate commercial and cost-control records
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, consultants, and subcontractors
• Support contract administration and commercial negotiations
