What they need
Responsibility
- Assist the Contracts Manager with pre-contract and post-contract work.
- Project cost estimates for various materials required for projects.
- Handle the tender documents, invoices, payment certificate and other documentation.
- Hire or procure subcontractors based on the project budget.
- Liaise with project site staff to ensure adherence to the timeline.
- Prepare payment certificates and issue payments to subcontractors.
Requirements
- Degree in Quantity Surveying
- Working experience in retail or mall renovation works will be added advantage
- 2-3 years working experience in related field
- Knowledge of software like Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- RequireMandarin speaker due to the business nature
