About the role
We are looking to hire 4 Pax Quantity Surveyors (QS) for our project. We are specifically looking for candidates with experience in E&I, Civil, Mechanical, or HVAC.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare quantity take-off, BQ, costing, tender and quotations related projects
• Prepare and evaluate progress claims and variation orders
• Monitor project cost and budget
• Review drawings, specifications and contract documents
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers
• Perform other QS related duties as assigned

About you

• Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering or related field
• 3-5 years of relevant QS experience in E&I, Civil, Mechanical or HVAC
• Experience of quantity take-off, costing, tender project and construction works
• Knowledge of electrical & instrumentation works, able to read E&I drawings
• Knowledge of BQ, measurement & contract
• Knowledge of M&E / mechanical works, contract & procurement
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, able to read HVAC drawings & specifications
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and AutoCAD
• Communicate well in Bahasa Melayu and English
• Have own transport, able to work at City Square (office tower) JB
