Quantity Surveyor, QS Engineer,

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Prepare detailed BOQs (Bill of Quantities) for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Conduct quantity surveying activities such as estimating, billing, and cost control to ensure project profitability.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to quantities.
• Analyze data from site visits to identify potential problems and implement corrective actions.

Job Requirements :

• 3-7 years of experience in quantity surveying or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, estimation, and quantity surveying principles.
• Proficiency in using software tools for bill checking, billing, and quantity estimation.
