What they need
Job Title: Quantity Surveyor (QS) Engineer
Valid UAE Driver’s License is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up on certified IPCs (Interim Payment Certificates) and ensure timely payment collection from clients.
- Monitor project cash flow, payment schedules, and outstanding variations.
- Attend client/consultant meetings to clarify billing, payment terms, and technical queries.
- Measure and verify executed quantities on-site and ensure alignment with submitted invoices.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Architectural Engineering.
- Experience: Proven experience as a QS Engineer with a strong background in Construction & Site Operations.
- Core Skills: Specialized in payment follow-up, client coordination, and financial tracking of projects.
- Driver’s License: Valid UAE Driver’s License is required.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
