We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor (QS) to join our high-rise residential construction project.

Key Responsibilities

• Quantity take-offs and BOQ preparation
• Estimation and costing of civil/construction works
• Preparation and verification of contractor/subcontractor bills
• Rate analysis and cost comparison
• Material quantity calculations and reconciliation
• Preparing RA bills and variation statements
• Monitoring project costs against budgets
• Coordination with site engineers, contractors and vendors
• Maintaining measurement sheets and QS documentation
• Supporting procurement and project teams with cost-related data

Required Experience

3–7 years of relevant experience.

High-rise building construction experience is mandatory.

Candidates should have practical QS experience in multi-storey/high-rise residential or commercial construction projects.

Qualification

B.Tech / B.E. Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering

Preferred Skills

AutoCAD, MS Excel, BOQ preparation, quantity estimation, billing, rate analysis and construction drawings.

Candidates without high-rise construction experience may not be considered.
