Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor / Assistant Contracts Manager

Company Overview We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveying professional to join our team in Kowloon to support ongoing building construction and E&M development projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee post-contract commercial operations, cost control, and financial reporting for building construction projects.
• Manage interim valuations, payment responses, variation orders, and final accounts settlement.
• Administer contractual claims, dispute resolutions, and contractual correspondence.
• Supervise subcontracting procurement, tender evaluation, and post-award contract administration.
• Liaise with client representatives, consultants, sub-contractors, and internal project teams to ensure cost efficiency and contractual compliance.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Higher Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building Construction, or a related discipline.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant QS experience within Building Construction or E&M projects. Candidates with substantial experience will be considered for Senior Quantity Surveyor or Assistant Contracts Manager.
• Contract Administration: Proven track record in post-contract management. Sound knowledge of standard construction contracts, contractual claims, and variation management is highly desirable.
• Background: Prior experience with a Main Contractor is strongly preferred.
• Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical abilities. Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese.
