Considering a move across the Tasman?

We’re working with a number of established building contractors across Australia looking to speak with experienced Quantity Surveyors and Senior Quantity Surveyors from New Zealand who are considering relocating.

The opportunities are focused on post-contract commercial delivery, essentially the Australian equivalent of Contracts Administrator and Senior Contracts Administrator positions.

We’re specifically looking for QS professionals with building construction experience, including:

• Residential apartments and high-rise towers
• Hospitals and healthcare
• Schools and education
• Data centres
• Industrial and logistics facilities
• Warehousing
• Retail and mixed-use developments
• Sporting and major public venues

This is not civil infrastructure, rail, roads or maintenance. We’re looking for people who understand the commercial delivery of building projects.

Your experience would ideally include subcontractor procurement and management, progress claims, variations, cost reporting and forecasting, contractual correspondence, head contract administration and working closely with the project team through delivery to final account.
