JOB DESCRIPTION:

Tender

• Conduct Land Feasibility Studies to access project viability.
• Participate in tendering for new projects, including preparation of tender documents (Bill of Quantities, cost estimation) and evaluation of tenders from contractors/sub-contractors.
• Control and monitor project costs, ensuring budgets are maintained from inception to completion.
• Identify opportunities for cost-saving or value engineering during the design and construction stages.
• Advise on the most efficient and cost-effective solutions while maintaining quality and meeting project objectives.
• Carry out other job assignments as and when required by the immediate superior or management.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.

• Minimum 1 year experience in the related field for Executive level, 3 to 5 yearsforSenior Executive level.

• Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia and English. Chinese-speaking candidates will be preferred to liaise with Chinese stakeholders.

• Good knowledge of tender documentation, Bills of Quantities (BQ), progress claims, variation orders (VO), and final account procedures.

• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to maintain accurate records while handling confidential information.

• Willing to work at Sungai Way, Petaling Jaya.
