Quantity Surveyor Sr Staff

• Monitor and control progress of vendor work in the field based on actual work volume
• Prepare and Manage Bill of Quantity
• Calculate work volume (RAB)
• Prepare progress opname reports on a regular basis (weekly & monthly)
• Prepare detailed project cost estimates and budget plan

Job Requirement :

• Candidate must possess a Bachelor Degree from Civil Engineering, Architecture, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in civil, MEP, and/or architectural works.
• Strong knowledge of construction, MEP systems, and interior materials, including cost estimation methods.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work under project deadlines.
