Quantity Surveyor (Tender)

The Quantity Surveyor (Tender) shall review tender documents, work with the Technical and Engineering teams on competitive proposals, manage tender timelines, source and compare quotations, prepare BQs, cost estimates, and prepare tender submissions.

1. Job scope:

   • Review and understand the requirements of tender documents.
   • Collaborate and coordinate with Technical and Engineering Team on competitive technical proposal and enquiries.
   • Timely management of tender activities.
   • Source, collect, review and compare quotations received.
   • Prepare BQ and cost estimation as per customer’s price breakdown.
   • Compile all required documents and prepare for tender submission.
   • Maintain proper tender records and filing.
   • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

   Requirements:

   • Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying / Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Civil Engineering or other equivalent qualifications. Candidates without the relevant qualifications but with relevant work experience may also be considered.
   • Minimum 1 year’s relevant experience (Pre-contract) in Construction / Engineering industry, preferably with Main-Con or M&E or other engineering services company.
   • Familiar with ACMV, M&E or MEP services in Data Centre, Industrial or Commercial projects.
   • Attentive to details, responsible and responsive with positive attitude.
   • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
