What they need
Responsibilities:
- Prepare, review and manage contracts including subcontractors agreements
- Conduct cost estimation budgeting and tender analysis
- Monitor project cost and progress ensuring compliance with contractual terms
- Handle claims, variations and contract disputes
- Liaise with clients consultants and sub cons on contractual matters
- Support project team in ensuring timely delivery within budget
Requirements:
- Diploma/ Degree in Quantity Surveying , engineering or related field
