Summary

• 5 days work week (9am - 6pm)

• Location: Woodlands

• Full Training provided

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing tender submissions, including bills of quantities, tender drawings, material specifications, P&S plans, shop drawings, and other required documents.

• Support the preparation and submission of monthly progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts.

• Assist with quantity take-offs, measurements, and cost estimations.

• Coordinate and liaise with managers, team members, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.

• Handle purchasing activities and maintain proper inventory records.

• Perform administrative duties to support smooth daily office operations.

• Undertake other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma / ITE in any discipline
• Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Cubicost TME and/or AutoCAD.
• Immediate start or short notice is preferred.
• Training will be provided
