Quantity Surveyor Trainee (Woodlands)

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

·       Assist in preparing project tender submission including bills of quantities, check tender drawing, material specifications, prepare and submit the P&S plan, shop drawing, & other required documents;

·       Assist with prepare and submit monthly progress claims, variation orders (VO), and finalize accounts.

·       Assist with quantity measurements and cost estimation.

·       Liaise with Managers, Team Members, Customers, Sub-Contractors, and Suppliers.

·       Purchasing and inventory management;

·       Perform administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations and contribute to a positive work environment.

·       Perform other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

·       Diploma / ITE in any discipline

·       Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines.

·       Proficient in Cubicost TME and/or AutoCAD.

·       Immediate start or short notice is preferred.

·       Training will be provided
