We are a reputable Building Contracting firm based in Hong Kong.  We are now seeking a high-caliber individual to fill the following position :

Quantity Surveyor / Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Key Responsibilities :

·         Prepare interim payments, valuation of variation works and settlement of final accounts

·         Handle cost estimates, quotations & tender submission

·         Source and compare supplier/subcontractor quotes to ensure cost efficiency

·         Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers and internal team members to ensure smooth project execution

·         Can handle any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements :

·         Diploma or above in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines

·         Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in A&A, fitting out or renovation projects

·         Strong analytical, communication and negotiation skills

·         Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese

·         Proficiency in MS Office applications

·         Immediate availability is preferred

·         Applicant with less experience will be considered as Assistant Quantity Surveyor
