Quantity Surveyor/Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Job Responsibilities:-

• Prepare contract budgets, cost estimates, budget control, and evaluate tender submissions.
• Conduct subletting and procurement procedures, including the preparation of tender documents, evaluation of tenders, and subsequent contract binding.
• Measurement, valuation of variation works, interim valuations, and settlement of Final Accounts with consultants / clients / sub-contractors
• Coordinate with the project team to prepare contractual claims and assist in dispute resolution

Job Requirements:-

• Holder of Degree or Higher Diploma in Quantity Surveying / Engineering / Accounting or related field.
• Relevant experience in E&M projects (e.g. HVAC, Electrical Systems, Plumbing, Fire Services) is an advantage.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in procurement / tender evaluation / VO & claims preparations
• Proficiency in contract administration and quantity surveying skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight working schedule

Candidates with less experience will be considered for Assistant Quantity Surveyor
