Kami mencari Quantity Surveyor / Cost Control untuk mendukung perencanaan dan pengendalian biaya proyek.
Requirements
* D3/S1 Teknik Sipil / Quantity Surveying / bidang terkait
* Pengalaman 2–3 tahun sebagai QS, Estimator, atau Cost Control
* Mampu membaca gambar kerja
* Mampu melakukan quantity take-off dan membuat BOQ
* Menguasai Microsoft Excel
* Teliti, analitis, dan bertanggung jawab
* Bersedia ditempatkan di Batam
Fresh graduate dengan kemampuan quantity take-off dan costing yang baik tetap dapat dipertimbangkan.
Main Responsibilities
* Quantity take-off dan BOQ
* Estimasi dan monitoring biaya proyek
* Membandingkan quotation vendor/subcontractor
* Mengontrol pekerjaan tambah/kurang
* Membantu tender dan evaluasi harga
* Membuat cost report proyek
