About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quantity Surveyor to manage cost estimation, budgeting, procurement and financial control for construction and project activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, budgets and Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
• Conduct cost analysis and evaluate project expenses.
• Prepare tender and contract documentation.
• Monitor project costs and ensure expenditure remains within approved budgets.
• Prepare valuations, cost reports and payment certificates.
• Liaise with contractors, suppliers and project teams.
• Assist with procurement, pricing and material cost analysis.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and provide commercial recommendations.
• Ensure accurate documentation and record keeping throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• HND or B.Sc. in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in quantity surveying, construction or project cost management.
• Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, cost estimation and budgeting.
• Good understanding of construction materials, contracts and procurement processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and relevant quantity surveying tools is an advantage.
• Strong numerical, analytical and negotiation skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability.
