What they need
Education
-PRC Licensed Civil Engineer (advantage but not required)
-Graduate of BS Civil Engineering
Experience
-With at least 2 years of experience as Quantity Surveyor or cost estimator from construction related firm.
-Knowledge in preparation of Detailed Unit Price Analysis (DUPA) based on DPWH standards is an advantage.
Responsibilities
-Prepare detailed quantity take offs and cost estimates based on approved plans and specification or concepts required by the client.
-Prepare and evaluate Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
-Monitor project cost, variations, and progress billings
-Evaluate subcontractor quotation and claims
-Conduct cost analysis and value engineering
-Assist in contract administration and documentation
-Prepare reports on project financial status and forecast.
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php22,000.00 per month
