Roles & Responsibilities:

• Prepare procurement schedules, cash flow forecasts, and margin improvement plans.
• Issue enquiries to suppliers and subcontractors for assigned work packages.
• Identify long-lead items and obtain client approval for expedited material delivery.
• Evaluate and compare subcontractor and supplier quotations.
• Manage procurement of assigned work packages in accordance with project budgets and schedules.
• Evaluate quotations, negotiate with subcontractors, and prepare purchase orders and letters of intent for approval.
• Monitor project cash flow and maintain financial performance against forecasts.
• Administer subcontract packages, including progress payments, variations, and final accounts.
• Support change management, variation assessments, RFP quotations, and contractual notices within stipulated timelines.

Job Requirement:

• Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building and Civil, or related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in Quantity Surveying, particularly in MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing), Civil works.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
• Good understanding of construction drawings, specifications, measurement, and tender processes.
