MEP Estimation Engineer – Duties & Responsibilities
- Review MEP drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
- Prepare cost estimates and BOQs for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works.
- Perform quantity take-offs from project drawings.
- Obtain and analyze quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
- Prepare tender submissions and cost breakdowns.
- Coordinate with procurement, design, and project teams.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and value engineering options.
- Maintain records of estimates, prices, and project data.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
