We are looking for meticulous and ambitious Quantity Surveyors to join our growing team.
Key responsibilities:
Cost estimation & quantity measurement
Tender & contract documentation
Site valuation & progress claims
Contract administration & variation orders
Monitor project costs and ongoing works
Attend project meetings
Manage projects from pre-contract to final account
Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field. Candidates should have good knowledge of measurement, tendering, contract administration, valuation, variations and final accounts. Good communication and analytical skills are essential. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply for Junior QS positions. Relevant experience in consultancy is preferred for Intermediate QS.
