Quantity Surveyor/Senior Quantity Surveyor

About the role

We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor to support the commercial and contractual administration of construction projects, with a strong focus on post-contract management, claims, variations and contractual correspondence.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and manage contractual correspondence, notices and project records.
• Review and register all the relevant incoming correspondences from the Project Consultants and Employer specifically instructions, meeting minutes, and contractual letters.
• Assist in tracking contractual matters, notices, variations, delays, and claims
• Prepare contractual letters, notices, and formal project correspondence.
• Take initiative to gather and organise supporting information and documents required for letter preparation.
• Attend commercial and contractual meetings with clients and project consultants, and prepare minutes of meeting.
• Maintain proper records and documentation for contractual correspondence.
• Work closely with Project Controllers, Project Managers, Planners, and site teams

About you

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
• Relevant experience in post-contract quantity surveying or contract administration
• 3–5 years of relevant experience is preferred
• Strong written communication and contractual drafting skills
• Good understanding of construction contracts and project documentation
• Well organised, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and with the project team
