Requirements

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction, Engineering or other related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of solid QS experience
• Qualified membership of HKIS, RICS, or AIQS (or equivalent)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with strong leadership
• Solid experience on sizeable projects is highly advantageous
• Experience with NEC contracts is a distinct advantage

Note: Candidates with more extensive experience will be considered for Senior Quantity Surveyor Manager, while those with less qualifications/experience will be considered for Project Quantity Surveyors/ Quantity Surveyors as appropriate.
