该职位来源于猎聘 We’re Hiring: Quantum Error Correction Scientist | Neutral-Atom Quantum Computing We are advancing fault-tolerant quantum computing (FTQC) with state-of-the-art quantum error correction (QEC) for neutral-atom systems. Join us to architect logical qubits, decoding systems, and scalable QEC pipelines. Key Responsibilities 1、Design QEC schemes and architecture for neutral-atom quantum platforms 2、Evaluate Surface Code, LDPC, Color Code and other codes on neutral-atom hardware 3、Develop syndrome extraction circuits, logical qubit layouts and scheduling strategies 4、Build logical-layer architecture models and resource estimation frameworks for FTQC 5、Collaborate with architecture & compiler teams to optimize QEC-hardware mapping 6、Integrate GPU/HPC-accelerated decoding algorithms and real-time feedback Requirements 1、BS/MS/PhD in Quantum Computing, Theoretical Physics, Information Science or related 2、Strong knowledge of mainstream QEC codes and fault-tolerant theory 3、Understanding of logical qubit construction, syndrome workflows and decoding algorithms 4、Excellent abstract modeling and system-level analysis capability Preferred Qualifications 1、Research experience with neutral-atom / Rydberg platforms 2、FTQC architecture or logical gate implementation experience 3、Familiarity with high-performance decoding or parallel computing
