About the Client:

Our client is a leading provider of sustainable building materials and solutions across Australia. Their quarry operations support major construction and infrastructure projects, with a strong focus on safety, sustainability and operational excellence.

About The Role:

We are seeking experienced Loader Operators to join quarry operations across sites in the Perth Metro. Day shift opportunities are generally 5:45am-5:00pm Monday-Friday, while night shift opportunities are 5:00pm-5:00am Monday-Friday. Employment arrangements vary between sites, with both temp-to-perm and 12-month opportunities available. Specific site and employment details will be discussed by our recruitment team.

What You Will Be Doing:

Operating Loaders as your primary duty, with the opportunity to assist on Dump Trucks, Water Carts and Excavators as required. You will also assist with loading road trucks, stockpile management and general quarry duties while maintaining a strong focus on safety.

What You Will Need:

• Current Drivers Licence & Reliable Transport (mandatory)

• Proven Loader Operating experience

• Quarry experience highly regarded

• Experience operating CAT 980 or equivalent equipment

• RII or recognised Loader ticket (preferred)

• Low-ride experience (preferred)

• Road truck and sand loading experience (preferred)

• Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical and Drug & Alcohol Screen

• Full working rights in Australia
