Queue Manager Intern

Document appropriate details of inquiry; provide the required statistics data for supporting team. Cover duties as deemed necessary to achieve and produce a high-quality support.

Undergraduates. Preferably IT related major. Must possess excellent communication skill in Mandarin and English. Must be with good attitude to routine work. Ability to work in a virtual team environment and be open to change. Can work 4-5 days a week for at least 6 months.
