Quick Commerce Executive

About Brand: Cravana is a premium, clean-label snacking brand on a mission to make everyday snacking better, more mindful and genuinely delicious. We currently specialise in roasted and flavoured makhana and are building a wider portfolio of healthy snacks and foods for modern consumers.

We are looking for a Quick Commerce Executive to support daily operations and coordination for our online business. The candidate will be responsible for managing platform-related activities, inventory coordination, reporting, and communication with internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day quick commerce operations.
• Coordinate with internal teams for product availability and order-related activities.
• Monitor product listings, stock availability, pricing, and basic catalogue information.
• Track orders, sales, and operational updates.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve platform and order-related issues.
• Maintain daily and weekly reports.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate with the inventory and logistics teams.
• Follow up on pending operational tasks and ensure timely completion.
• Support promotional and platform-related activities when required.
• Maintain accurate records and reports.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in quick commerce, e-commerce, marketplace, or retail operations.
• Basic understanding of online marketplace operations.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow deadlines.
• Good attention to detail.
• Graduate in any discipline.
