Quick Commerce Executive

•Role & responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee brand operations across Quick Commerce platforms including Blinkit, Zepto, and Swiggy Instamart.
• Ensure smooth execution of day-to-day operational activities and platform compliance.
• Coordinate with POCs to improve visibility and performance. • Monitor inventory levels across warehouses and dark stores to ensure optimum stock availability.
• Manage product listings, catalog updates, pricing, images, and product descriptions. •
• Ensure accurate and competitive product information across all platforms. •
• Process Purchase Orders (POs) received from Quick Commerce partners. •
• Coordinate with warehouse and supply chain teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
• Maintain high OTIF (On-Time In-Full) performance and minimize stock-outs.
• Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for platform partners.
• Resolve operational issues related to orders, inventory, returns, and product listings.
• Track daily sales performance, inventory turnover, and product availability.
• Analyze sales and operational data to identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and dashboards.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in E-commerce Operations, Quick Commerce Operations, Retail Operations, or Marketplace Management.

• Hands-on experience with Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, or similar Quick Commerce platforms.

• Strong understanding of inventory management, digital catalogs, and order processing workflows.
