QUICK COMMERCE EXECUTIVE

Role Description The Quick Commerce Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This role involves managing product listings and content across quick commerce platforms, ensuring accurate information, timely updates, and strong visibility. The executive will monitor inventory levels, coordinate with supply chain and warehouse teams, and help maintain optimal stock availability for fast delivery services. Daily responsibilities include tracking order performance, analyzing platform metrics, resolving listing or operational issues, and collaborating with marketing teams to support promotions and campaigns. The role also requires close coordination with internal stakeholders and platform partners to improve customer experience and drive growth in quick commerce channels.

Qualifications

• Experience with e-commerce or quick commerce operations, including listing management, order tracking, and platform coordination.
• Strong analytical and Excel skills for monitoring performance metrics, inventory, and sales data.
• Ability to collaborate with supply chain, warehouse, and marketing teams to ensure smooth operations and timely execution.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities to handle platform issues and ensure high-quality customer experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Management, or a related field; experience in FMCG, home and lifestyle, or retail is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with quick turnaround timelines.
• Familiarity with major e-commerce and quick commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Zepto, Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart) is preferred.

Create and manage new Purchase Order (PO) entries.

Manage stock availability as per Purchase Orders and requirements

Coordinate and discuss appointment schedules with concerned teams

Ensure timely completion of tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
