Quick Commerce Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for a Q-Commerce Operations Executive who enjoys working closely with quick commerce platforms and driving day-to-day marketplace operations.

You will be responsible for Purchase Order (PO) management, Fill Rate monitoring, inventory availability, advertising, and marketplace performance across Zepto, Blinkit, and Instamart.

This is a hands-on execution role where you'll work closely with internal Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, and Growth teams to maximize product availability, advertising efficiency, and sales.

Key Responsibilities

Purchase Order (PO) Management

• Monitor daily Purchase Orders (POs) across Zepto, Blinkit, and Instamart
• Ensure timely acknowledgement and processing of POs
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Warehouse, and Dispatch teams for timely fulfillment
• Track pending, delayed, and cancelled Purchase Orders
• Minimize order cancellations and missed dispatches
• Maintain PO trackers and ensure timely closures

Fill Rate & Inventory Management

• Monitor SKU-wise Fill Rates across all quick commerce platforms
• Ensure high product availability across dark stores and fulfillment centers
• Track Out-of-Stock (OOS) products and coordinate replenishment
• Work with planning and warehouse teams to maintain healthy inventory levels
• Identify fast-moving and slow-moving SKUs
• Improve Fill Rates while minimizing inventory shortages

Advertising Management

• Execute, launch, and manage advertising campaigns across Zepto, Blinkit, and Instamart
• Allocate advertising budgets across products and campaigns
• Optimize bids, budgets, and campaign performance
• Identify high-performing SKUs for advertising
• Scale profitable campaigns while maintaining advertising efficiency
• Coordinate with platform account managers for campaign planning and execution

Marketplace Performance

• Monitor SKU-level sales performance across all platforms
• Track product visibility and search performance
• Identify opportunities to improve discoverability and conversions
• Recommend promotional activities to improve sales
• Support new product launches across all quick commerce platforms

Analytics & Reporting

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly marketplace performance reports
• Track key metrics including Sales, Fill Rate, OOS%, PO Fulfilment, ROAS, Advertising Spend, Orders, Revenue, and Inventory Availability
• Analyze SKU performance and identify growth opportunities
• Monitor advertising performance and recommend optimization actions
• Highlight operational bottlenecks and provide actionable recommendations

Platform Operations

• Coordinate regularly with Zepto, Blinkit, and Instamart account managers
• Resolve operational issues related to inventory, advertising, pricing, and order fulfilment
• Track platform initiatives, promotional calendars, and campaign opportunities
• Ensure smooth day-to-day marketplace operations across all platforms

Required Qualifications

• 13 years of experience managing Zepto, Blinkit, Instamart, or other Quick Commerce platforms
• Hands-on experience with Purchase Order management and inventory coordination
• Experience managing Quick Commerce advertising campaigns
• Strong understanding of Fill Rate, OOS management, inventory planning, and marketplace operations
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales and advertising data
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• Excellent attention to detail and execution accuracy
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
• Good communication skills
• Willingness to work from the office in Hitech City, Hyderabad (6 days/week)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with D2C, FMCG, Healthcare, or Consumer brands
• Experience managing multiple Quick Commerce platforms simultaneously
• Familiarity with inventory planning and demand forecasting
• Experience working with ERP or inventory management systems
• Strong understanding of Quick Commerce operations and platform workflows
