We’re seeking a motivated and dependable Quick Lane Service Technician to join our fast-paced Quick Lane team. In this role, you’ll perform routine maintenance and light repair services efficiently while delivering a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and thrives in a high-volume environment where speed, accuracy, and teamwork are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance services including oil changes, tire rotations, filters, batteries, and fluid services.

• Conduct multi-point vehicle inspections and document findings accurately.

• Identify additional maintenance needs and communicate recommendations to the Quick Lane Advisor.

• Operate shop equipment safely and maintain a clean, organized work area.

• Follow manufacturer guidelines, dealership procedures, and safety standards.

• Complete repair orders accurately and in a timely manner.

• Maintain productivity standards while ensuring quality workmanship.

• Assist with shop organization, equipment upkeep, and inventory control as needed.

• Uphold Power Ford’s commitment to professionalism, integrity, and customer satisfaction.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Previous experience as a lube technician or entry-level automotive technician preferred.

• Basic mechanical knowledge and ability to perform routine vehicle maintenance.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.

• Willingness to learn and participate in ongoing training.

• Professional attitude and dependable work ethic.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
