Quick Lane Technician

San Tan Ford is looking for a motivated Quick Lane Service Technician to join our service team. This position focuses on essential maintenance and light repair work, including fluid checks, oil changes, filter replacements, tire rotations, and inspections. Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes, fluid checks, and other basic maintenance services
• Inspect belts, filters, tires, and other vehicle components
• Test and ensure systems and components are functioning properly
• Diagnose issues accurately and repair or replace worn parts as needed
• Maintain efficiency, accuracy, and attention to detail on every job
• Use power tools, hand tools, and diagnostic equipment safely and effectively
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards

Requirements

• Previous experience in automotive maintenance or repair preferred
• Ford or ASE certification is a plus
• High school diploma or GED required; technical degree preferred
• Ability to identify issues quickly and effectively communicate findings
• Basic computer and diagnostic tool skills
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
