QUICK LUBE / EXPRESS SERVICE TECHNICIAN

MUST HAVE:

• Prior dealership or independent shop experience required
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Must own your own tools/tool box
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume shop

PAY:
$25.00 per flat rate hour flagged

Our top performers in this department consistently flag 50–60+ hours per week. This position offers strong earning potential for motivated technicians who work efficiently and take pride in their productivity.

We are looking for dependable, experienced Quick Lube / Express Technicians who are comfortable working in a busy automotive shop environment. This role is best suited for someone who can stay organized, work independently, and maintain a strong pace throughout the day while delivering quality work.

Responsibilities:

• Perform oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid services efficiently and correctly
• Perform required video multi-point inspections
• Tire rotations, tire repairs, balancing, and basic tire services
• Perform alignments and basic maintenance repairs
• Inspect brakes, suspension, steering, and common wear items
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Communicate professionally with advisors and team members
• Follow dealership and manufacturer procedures

Qualifications:

• Previous automotive shop experience strongly preferred
• Quick lube or dealership experience is a plus
• Strong work ethic and ability to stay productive throughout the day
• Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with automotive tools/equipment
• Ability to handle physically demanding work
• Positive attitude and team mentality
• ASE certifications are a plus but not required
