Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person who brings a strong work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to learn.

Pay & Advancement

• $16–$19 per hour, based on experience

Schedule

• Monday through Friday
• Rotating Saturdays

What You'll Do

As a Lube Technician, you'll be responsible for providing accurate, efficient maintenance while helping our customers keep their vehicles safe and properly maintained.

Responsibilities include:

• Perform oil and filter changes, tire rotations, and routine maintenance according to manufacturer standards
• Check and top off vehicle fluids
• Inspect belts, hoses, wipers, lights, filters, tires, and brakes
• Complete and document multipoint vehicle inspections accurately
• Measure and record tire tread depth and brake measurements
• Photograph and document findings so our advisors can clearly communicate vehicle needs to customers
• Mount, balance, and install tires as needed
• Reset maintenance reminders
• Verify completed work before the vehicle leaves your bay
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Protect and respect customer vehicles at all times
• Communicate clearly with service advisors, technicians, and teammates
• Complete assigned manufacturer and in-house training

What We're Looking For

You don't need to know everything on day one. We're looking for someone who is dependable, wants to learn, and takes pride in doing quality work.

• Lube, quick-service, or automotive experience preferred, but not required
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable and dependable
• Coachable and willing to ask questions
• Willingness to learn and complete training
• Interest in advancing into an automotive technician career is a plus
• Ability to lift, bend, kneel, and stand throughout the workday
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Ability to successfully complete required background check and drug screening
