Duties

• Prepare and assemble food items quickly and accurately, ensuring quality standards are met at all times
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process customer orders, sales transactions, and handle cash register operations
• Provide friendly, attentive customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance guest experience
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace by adhering to sanitation and food safety standards throughout your shift
• Manage food service customer order management efficiently to ensure timely delivery of orders to customers
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively, including fryers, grills, ovens, and food prep tools
• Process cash transactions accurately while maintaining a positive attitude during busy periods

Requirements

• Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments is highly preferred
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety management practices
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus
• Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor
• Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and work efficiently under pressure
• Experience with food handling, sanitation procedures, and operating kitchen equipment is desirable
• Retail sales or grocery store experience can be beneficial but is not required
