Quick Service Technician

BP Ford is seeking an experienced Quick Service Electrical Technician with a focus on air conditioning and electrical systems. This role is key to ensuring our customers’ vehicles receive prompt, high-quality repairs. The ideal candidate will be skilled in diagnosing and servicing A/C and electrical issues while maintaining efficiency and exceptional customer service standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform quick service repairs with an emphasis on A/C and electrical systems
• Diagnose issues using diagnostic equipment and testing procedures
• Service and repair vehicle climate control systems, wiring, and electronic components
• Conduct multi-point inspections to identify potential issues early
• Communicate with service advisors about repair recommendations and timelines
• Keep an organized, clean workspace and adhere to all safety protocols
• Stay current on Ford technical bulletins and training for A/C and electrical systems

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in automotive service or maintenance (A/C & electrical focus preferred)
• Ford certification or manufacturer-specific training is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills with A/C and electrical systems
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and wiring diagrams

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35.00 - $43.00 per hour
