About the Role

We are seeking a highly analytical and solution-oriented Quickbase Developer to design, develop, and maintain Quickbase applications that support our HR, Recruitment, Deployment, Academics, Finance, and Operations functions. The ideal candidate will have experience building custom applications, automating workflows, creating dashboards, and integrating systems to improve business efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Quickbase applications, forms, tables, reports, and dashboards.
• Design and automate workflows using Quickbase Pipelines.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable system solutions.
• Create KPI dashboards and management reports.
• Manage user permissions, data integrity, and system security.
• Integrate Quickbase with Microsoft 365, Power BI, SharePoint, and other business systems.
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and end-user training.
• Recommend and implement process improvements and automation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Quickbase development and administration.

• Strong knowledge of:

  • Quickbase Application Development
  • Pipelines and Workflow Automation
  • Relational Databases
  • Reports and Dashboards
  • API Integrations

• Working knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Microsoft 365, Power Automate, and Excel.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Experience in business process automation and digital transformation projects is highly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Quickbase Certification.
• Experience supporting HR, Recruitment, Finance, Operations, or Healthcare-related processes.
• Experience with data migration and system integration projects.
