Quickbook Online Accounting Specialist

Shift: 9:00 AM EST - 6:00 PM EST (7:00 PMPKT - 4:00 AM PKT)

Location: Remote

We are hiring a Quick-books Online Accounting Specialist to support recurring accounting operations and fnancial reporting work.

The right person will be highly detail-oriented, strong in acounting fundamentals, excellent with spreadsheets, and able to learn structured workflows quickly.

This position is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in public accounting, who enjoys working in a disciplined environment with clear reporting cycles and deadlines

key Responsibilities

• Maintain accuracy in acounting records through daily/ weekly reviews
• Perform reconeiliations and verify fimandial data consistency
• Prepare and update recurring reporting workbooks/ templates
• Support month-end closing activities and routine journal entry work
• .Track open items and ensure clean documentation for reporting deliverables
• Communicate clear updates and flag issues early to ensure timely completion
• Coordinate with internal team members to ensure reports are completed accurately and on time.

Requirements

• Only apply if you have Public Acounting experience
• Must have Completed Acch, CMMA, Ch or be a Finalist
• Must have hands-on Quickbooks Online experience. .
• Must be proficient in English (writing and speaking)
• Must be able to work 9 AMEST to 6 PMEST / 7 PM PKT to 4 AM PKT | Monday-Friday
• Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals and fnancial reporting .
• Excellent Excel /' Google Sheets skills (formulas, structured workbooks. data checks\ .
• Experience with accounting software (Quickßooks, Xero, or similar systems)
• High attention to detailand strong self-review habits Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently .
