Quotation & Pricing SME

Your Job

Guardian Glass is looking for a Global Quotation & Pricing SME to join our team in 10th of Ramadan City, Egypt.

You will provide accurate and timely quotations and pricing support to the commercial team in all regions, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).

The working hours will be from 9:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, Egypt Standard Time.

What You Will Do

• Prepare and deliver pricelist quotations globally in line with company standards.
• Maintain and update pricing structures, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Collaborate with the commercial team to meet deadlines and resolve pricing queries promptly.
• Analyse pricing trends and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Ensure all customer price lists are active and up to date.
• Communicate pricing updates and announcements effectively.
• Prepare and analyse mass pricelist updates using excel.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in pricing calculations.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• Analytical mindset for trend analysis and problem-solving.

What Will Put You Ahead

• Previous experience in quotation and pricing or similar roles
• Experience with Salesforce CRM.
• Advanced Excel and analytical skills, with experience managing and analysing large volumes of data
