Quotation and Reservation SpecialistThis role is to supports the foreign sales team by preparing competitive quotations, both through our system and manually, ensuring attractive pricing for clients and facilitating seamless travel experiences.  The specialist expertly manages reservations with accuracy and speed.  This position requires foundational knowledge of sales and negotiation, along with strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with the Sales Agent Team, hotel partners, and internal team members.  The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills in both Thai and English, strong attention to detail, a customer-centric approach, and a passion for travel.

Responsibilities:

• Generate and deliver competitive quotations promptly in response to inquiries from the International Sales Team, maximizing profitability and quotation volume.
• Collaborate with hotels to secure optimal rates, confirm availability, manage special requests, and resolve any booking-related issues, ensuring seamless client experiences. This includes proactively checking availability, rates, and stop-sale information.
• Manage the full reservation process, from initial availability checks and rate confirmations through booking finalization, voucher issuance, and communication with the Reservation Manager.
• Respond efficiently to all rate inquiries, calculating accurate costs (including any surcharges or fees) and providing clear, concise information to the sales team.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all quotations, reservations, rate requests, and hotel communications within the designated systems. This includes daily stop-sale updates and any other relevant reporting that maybe requires for further.
• Proactively address and resolve client issues that may arise during their travels, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
• Contribute to team efforts by assisting with other tasks and projects as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a collaborative approach.
• Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines with accuracy and speed across all responsibilities
• Capable of multitasking or other side projects and assisting other departments as needed, especially with urgent requests.

Requirements:

• Experience in the travel industry, tourism, or hotel operations.

• Excellent communication skills in Thai and English (written and verbal).

• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to work well under pressure.

• A passion for travel and a commitment to providing high-quality service.

• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed (with overtime).

• Ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team of colleagues and clients.

• Candidates have full working rights for Thailand.

• Background in flights ticketing — either from a travel agency or airline - MUST

• Familiarity with Amadeus or Sabre GDS (one is a must, both is a plus)

• GDS certification is an advantage but not mandatory — we can train

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes
