Quotation

KBA DMC is looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and travel-passionate Quotation Executive to join our team in Bali.

As a Quotation Executive, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive travel quotations for our international B2B partners, based on their requirements, budget, travel dates, and preferred experiences.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Receive and analyze travel requests (FIT & Group) from international partners.
• Prepare customized travel itineraries based on client requirements.
• Calculate detailed costing for hotels, transportation, meals, activities, guides, entrance fees, and other travel services.
• Prepare accurate and competitive quotations within the required deadline.
• Coordinate with the Sales, Reservation, and Operations teams to ensure the feasibility of proposed programs.
• Communicate with hotels, suppliers, and local service providers to obtain rates, availability, and special offers.
• Compare supplier rates and identify the best available options while maintaining company margins.
• Revise quotations and itineraries based on client feedback or amendments.
• Ensure all quotation details, pricing, inclusions, exclusions, and terms & conditions are accurate.
• Maintain and update supplier rates, hotel rates, and product information.
• Follow up on quotations together with the Sales team until confirmation or cancellation.
• Maintain proper records of quotations and related documents in the company's system.
• Support the team in developing new travel programs and destination experiences.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum D3/S1 in Tourism, Hospitality, Travel Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar position within a travel agency, DMC, tour operator, or hotel.
• Fresh graduates with strong interest in travel and excellent numerical skills are welcome to apply.
• Good knowledge of Bali and Indonesian tourism products.
• Experience preparing travel itineraries and costing is highly preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail, especially when calculating prices and margins.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Able to handle multiple quotation requests simultaneously.
• Proactive, responsible, organized, and solution-oriented.
• Team player with a strong willingness to learn.

ADDITIONAL ADVANTAGES

• Experience handling European or international B2B markets.
• Knowledge of FIT, Group, MICE, and tailor-made travel programs.
• Experience using travel management, reservation, or DMC systems.
• Additional language skills such as French, Dutch, German, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, or Russian are an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of hotels, restaurants, activities, transportation, and destinations across Indonesia.
