Quotation Executive

Position: Quotation Executive
Industry: uPVC Doors & Windows
Location: Delhi/NCR
Experience: 2–5 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate and detailed quotations for UPVC doors and windows as per customer/project requirements.
• Understand drawings, sizes, specifications, profiles, glass, hardware, and other accessories.
• Calculate material quantities, costing, pricing, wastage, and prepare final quotations.
• Coordinate with the Sales, Design, Production, and Purchase teams for quotation requirements.
• Review BOQs, drawings, and measurements received from clients or the sales team.
• Prepare and revise quotations based on changes in sizes, specifications, or customer requirements.
• Maintain quotation records and follow up on pending quotations.
• Ensure quotations are prepared within the required timeline and with minimum errors.
• Assist the sales team with product specifications, pricing, and technical details.
• Compare vendor/supplier rates wherever required for accurate costing.
• Maintain proper documentation of quotations, costing sheets, and related records.

Required Skills:

• Good knowledge of uPVC doors & windows, profiles, glass, hardware, and accessories.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and quotation/costing software.
• Strong calculation and analytical skills.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to understand technical drawings and BOQs.
• Ability to work under deadlines.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
